บทคัดย่อ  :  การสร้างแบบวัดทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพพยาบาล

	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสร้างแบบวัดทัศนคติต่อวิชาชีพพยาบาล  แบบวัดที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วยข้อกระทงที่มุ่งวัดทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับความมีจิตใจ
พร้อมที่จะเข้าสู่วิชาชีพทัศนคติต่อผู้ป่วย  บุคลิกภาพของการเป็นพยาบาลและความคาดหวังต่อวิชาชีพ  รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน  85  ข้อ  เมื่อได้ทำการวิเคราะห์ ข้อกระทงแล้ว  ปรากฎว่ามีข้อกระทงที่มีคุณภาพดี จำนวน  60 ข้อ  แบบวัดฉบับนี้มีความตรงตามทฤษฎีเฉพาะ และความตรงตามเนื้อเรื่อง โดยวิธีการ
ตัดสินของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยงแบบความคงที่ภายในเป็น 0.91

Abstract  :  A Construction of an atiitude towards nursing profession inventory

	The purpose of this research is to construct an atiitude towards nursing professioninventory (ANPI). The ANPI 
consists of 60 items  concerning maturation for being a nurse, attitude towards patient, personality for being an nurse 
and nursing profession expectation. This inventory has construct and content validity, judged by experts and reliability
coefficient by the method of internal consistency, is 0.91.
