บทคัดย่อ
	การวิเคราะห์แบบทดสอบวิชาการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่  มีวัตถุประสงค์ประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงและ ความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบ  วิเคราะห์ความยากง่ายและอำนาจจำแนกของแบบทดสอบเป็นรายข้อและรายตัวเลือกแล้วนำผลการวิเคราะห์ไปปรับปรุง
แบบทดสอบให้มีคุณภาพและรวบรวมเก็บไว้ในคลังข้อสอบต่อไป
	ผลการวิเคราะห์แบบทดสอบพบว่า  การสร้างแบบทดสอบทุกฉบับมีการควบคุมให้มีความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยออกแบบทดสอบให้ตรงตามจุด
มุ่งหมายรายวิชา  และได้หาความเที่ยงตรงเชิงประจักษ์โดยอาจารย์ผู้สอนที่เชี่ยวชาญในเนื้อหาวิชา  และอาจารย์ที่มีความรู้ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล
วิเคราะห์วิจารณ์พร้อมแก้ไขแบบทดสอบ  ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นจากแบบทดสอบ  51  ฉบับ  พบว่า มีแบบทดสอบที่ดีมีคุณภาพ 1 ฉบับ คิดเป็น
ร้อยละ  1.96 คุณภาพพอใช้  18 ฉบับ  คิดเป็นร้อยละ  35.29  และต้องปรับปรุง  32 ฉบับ  คิดเป็นร้อยละ  62.74 
	ส่วนผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าความยากง่ายและอำนาจจำแนกของแบบทดสอบพบว่า จากแบบทดสอบ  51 ฉบับ  จำนวน 4,056 ข้อ  มีข้อสอบที่มีคุณภาพดี
จำนวน  69 ข้อ  คิดเป็นร้อยละ 1.70  ส่วนข้อสอบที่มีคุณภาพพอใช้มีจำนวน 1,286 ข้อ  คิดเป็นร้อยละ  31.70 
	คณะผู้วิจัยได้ส่งผลการวิเคราะห์แบบทดสอบให้ผู้รับผิดชอบกระบวนวิชานำไปปรับปรุงแบบทดสอบให้มีคุณภาพและเก็บรวบรวมไว้ในครั้งข้อสอบต่อไป

Abstract 
	The objectives of this analysis are to check the validity and reliability of the test and to analize the level of difficulty
and the level of discrimination power  of each test item and choice in order to use the results to improve the test and to store the test in a test bank for future use.
	The results of the test analysis show that the test was reliable and relevant to the subject. The test was criticized and revised by experts in meansurement and evaluation.  Among 51 test papers only one or 1.96 percent had good reliability.   Eighteen test papers or 35.29 percent were considered acceptable and 32 test papers or 62.74 percent needed improvement.
	The results of the analysis of the level of difficulty and the level of discrimination power show that out of 4.056 test
items of 51 test papers there were 69 test items or 1.70 percent that were good ; 1.286 test items or 31.70 percent were 
considered acceptable.
	The results of the test analysis were submitted to the instructors responsible for the course to improve the tests and to store them in a test bank.
