บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อจะพัฒนามาตรฐานการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคไข้สมองอักเสบ ซึ่งมาตรฐานนี้ได้สร้างโดยอาศัยการค้นคว้าจากตำรา เอกสาร วิชาการ และประสบการณ์ตรงของผู้วิจัย มาตรฐานได้รับการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยชาญด้านการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคไข้สมองอักเสบ จำนวน 18 ท่าน ตามเทคนิคเดลฟาย ความสอดคล้องของความคิดเห็น วิเคราะห์โดยการหาค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าการกระจายควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยได้มาตรฐาน การพยาบาลผุ้ป่วยเด็กโรคไข้สมองอักเสบ รวม 6 มาตรฐาน โดยมีมาตรฐานเชิงกระบวนการ 51 ข้อ และมาตรฐานเชิงผลลัพธ์ 29 ข้อ มาตรฐานการพยาบาล ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคไข้สมองอักเสบ มีดังนี้ มาตรฐานที่ 1 ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะไข้สูง (อุณหภูมิสุงอกว่า 38.5 ํซ.) มาตรฐานที่ 2 ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะความดันในสมองสูง มาตรฐานที่ 3 ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะเสียสมดุลย์ของสารอาหาร น้ำและอีเล็คโทรลัยท์ มาตรฐานที่ 4 ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการนอนนาน ๆ มาตรฐานที่ 5 ผู้ปกครองคลายความวิตกกังวล สามารถยอมรับสภาพการเจ็บป่วยของผู้ป่วยและให้การดูแลได้อย่างถูกต้อง มาตรฐานที่ 6 ผู้ป่วยสามารถปรับตัว ยอมรับสภาพความเจ็บป่วยและให้ความร่วมมือในการฟื้นฟูสภาพ Abstract The purpose of this study was to develop nursing standards for pediatric patient with encephalitis. These standards were initially formulated by referring to related literature as well as clinical experience of the researchers. The standards were validated by 18 experts using Delphi Technique. The agreement of the expert's openion was analysed using median and interquartile range. The result of these study were 6 nursing process and 29 items of outcome process. The 6 nursing standards for pediatric patient with encephlitis were as follow : Standard 1 The patient is free from high fever state. (Body temperature is more than 38.5 ํ c Standard 2 The patient is free from the state of increase intracranial pressure. Standard 3 The patient is free form the state of poor nutrition, and fluid and electrolyte imbalance. Standard 4 The patient is free from complications of immobilization. Standard 5 His/Her gardian is free from anxiety; accepts patient's conditionand is able to care for the patient appropriately. Standard 6 The patient is able to cope with his/her illness and cooperate with rehavilitation activities.
