ชื่อเรื่อง : ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสกับน้ำหนักและสภาวะของทารกแรกเกิด ชื่อผู้วิจัย : รองศาสตราจารย์เจียรนัย โพธิ์ไทรย์ อาจารย์บังอร ศุภวิทิตพัฒนา อาจารย์ธารีวรรณ ไชยบุญเรือง บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้ศึกษาในกลุ่มมารดาหลังคลอดปกติครรภ์แรกที่มี่ทารกแรกเกิดน้ำหนักน้อย จำนวน 20ราย และมีทารกแรกเกิดน้ำหนักปกติจำนวน 100 ราย ซึ่งได้จากการคัดเลือดโดยวิธีเฉพาะเจาะจง ณ โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ การศึกษาเชิงบรรยายชนิดย้อนหลังนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสกับน้ำหนักและสภาวะของทารกแรกเกิด เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบบันทึกและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและวิธีการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. ระดับคะแนนสัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสมีความสัมพันธ์กับน้ำหนักทารกแรกเกิดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) 2. ระดับคะแนนสัมพันธภาพของคู่สมรสไม่มีความสัมพัฯธ์กับคะแนนแอพการ์ของทารกแรกเกิดเมื่อคลอดครบ 1 นาที อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) และในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีทารกที่มีคะแนนแอพการ์เมื่อคลอดครบ 5 นาที ต่ำกว่า 7 คะแนน เพียง 2 ราย และไม่พบทารกแรกเกิดที่มีความพิการภายนอก Title : The relationship between marital relationships and weight and condition of newborn baby Researcher : Jiaranai Bhosai, Bung-orn Supavititpatana, Tharewan Chaiboonreiang Office of Researcher : Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University Abstract Based on a purposively random sample of 20 mothers who had delivered their first babies with low birth weight and of 100 mothers who had delivered their first babies with normal birth weight at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, this retrospectively descriptive study was aimed to examine the relationship between marital relationships and weight and condition of newborn baby. The data were collected using recording forms and questionnaires and were analysed using descriptive statistics and Chi square. The results showed that : 1. There was significant relationship between the marital relationships score level and the weight of newborn baby (p < .001). 2. There was no significant relationship between marital relationships score level and the Apgar's score at 1 minute after birth (p < .001) There were also found that only 2 babies had Apgar's scores below 7 points, and no external deformity of the baby was found in this study.
