บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการสอน   เรื่องการให้การปรึกษา   เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาลจากการเรียนด้วยรายการโทรทัศน์ และความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อรายการโทรทัศน์
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์  มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่    จำนวน  26 คน      ซึ่งลงทะเบียนเรียนกระบวนวิชาการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลจิตเวช (556491)   ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2543
ผู้วิจัยได้นำรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการสอน เรื่อง การให้การปรึกษา ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ      และแบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน     ซึ่งได้ผ่านการหาดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อสอบกับวัตถุประสงค์    ไปทดลองใช้กับนักศึกษากลุ่มย่อยก่อนนำไปทดสอบภาคสนามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. รายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการสอน เรื่อง การให้การปรึกษา มืคุณภาพจากการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และมีประสิทธิภาพ 88.46 / 96.15 เปอร์เซ็นต์  (เกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 85 / 85 เปอร์เซ็นต์)     โดยนักศึกษาทั้งหมดสามารถทำคะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 88.46 เปอร์เซ็นต์        และนักศึกษาจำนวน 96.15 เปอร์เซ็นต์   (25 คน)     สามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์แต่ละข้อ
2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาต่อรายการโทรทัศน์จากการเรียนด้วยรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการศึกษา  เรื่อง การให้การปรึกษา    ระหว่างก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
3. ความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อรายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการสอน   เรื่อง  การให้การปรึกษา พบว่า   นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่มีความสนใจ   เห็นว่าเนื้อหาและรูปแบบรายการโทรทัศน์มีความเหมาะสม    ช่วยให้เข้าใจง่าย   และควรมีการผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์รายการโทรทัศน์เช่นนี้กับเนื้อหาวิชาอื่น ๆ  

 สรุปได้ว่า รายการโทรทัศน์เพื่อการสอน เรื่อง การให้การปรึกษา มีประสิทธิภาพ 88.46 / 96.15 เปอร์เซ็นต์   มีความเหมาะสมที่จะนำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนและการศึกษาด้วยตนเอง

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce the Instructional Television Program on Counseling, to evaluate an achievement test and survey the opinions on the Instructional Television  Program among nursing students

The subjects consisted of 26 fourth year nursing students in the Faculty of Nursing   Chiang Mai University, who had enrolled in the Psychiatric Nursing Practice course (556491)      in the first semester of academic year 2000. The content of the Instructional Television  Program on Counseling was developed and valid by experts via the Index of Item-Objective Congruence technique. The assessment of the quality of the program was done before using   with the preliminary cases and the revision was used for this study.

The results of the study reveal: 
1. The averaged score  for preliminary  use with 26  students  was 88.48 / 96.15 %.    Within the group 96.15 % (n=25)   can be achieved all objectives of the program.
2. The achievement test score after learning by Instructional Television Program was statistically significant than those before at  p< .001.
3. According to the suggestion, using the Instructional Television Program was interesting, content and format were appropriate. Learning by Instructional Television Program  helps them to understand the content easily  They further suggest that this program should have been done with other area.

In summary, the Instructional  Television  Program on Counseling achieved the the efficiency at 88.46 / 96.15 %. This indicated that this program could be used for class teaching  as well as self-study.
