บทคัดย่อ
	การติดตามผลผู้สำเร็จการอบรมระยะสั้น หลักสูตรการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนและการสาธารณสุขมูลฐาน ในครั้งนี้  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น
ของผู้สำเร็จการอบรมต่อการจัดหลักสูตรและผู้บังคับบัญชาของผู้สำเร็จการอบรมต่อการพัฒนาการทำงานภายหลังได้รับการอบรม  ระหว่างปี พ.ศ.2528-
2530  รวม 5  รุ่น  81 คน  รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม  และวิเคราะห์ข้อมุลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
	ผลสรุปได้ดังนี้ ร้อยละ 30  ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่งแบบสอบถามตอบกลับมาและแสดงความคิดเห็นถึงเนื้อหาหลักสูตรซึ่งประกอบด้วย 6 หมวดวิชา  ว่ามีความ
เหมาะสมและมีการบริหารจัดการอยู่ในระดับดี  แต่มีเนื้อหาค่อนข้างมากเมื่อเทียบกับระยะเวลาของหลักสูตรซึ่งใช้เวลาอบรม 12 สัปดาห์  ควรขยายออกเป็น 6 เดือน  หรือ 1 ปี และปรับเป็นหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรหรือปริญญาโท
	กระบวนการจัดอบรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยายในชั้นเรียน  มีการนำอภิปรายการศึกษากรณี  การนำเสนอผลงาน  การศึกษาดูงานและการฝึกปฏิบัติงานใน
ชุมชน  โดยแบ่งเป็นการศึกษาภาคทฤษฎี 6 สัปดาห์  ภาคปฏิบัติ  6 สัปดาห์  กลุ่มตัวอย่างแสดงความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนการจัดอบรม  และมีข้อเสนอแนะว่า
ควรมีการแจกเอกสารล่วงหน้าเพื่อการเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้าชั้นเรียนเนื่องจากผู้เข้ารับการอบรมบางคนอาจมีปัญหาในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
	ประสิทธิผลหลังการอบรม  กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปใช้ในการทำงาน  สามารถนำเสนอประสบการณ์แก่ผู้ร่วมงาน  และดำเนินโครงการ
ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยในแต่ละประเทศได้อย่างมีหลักการและมีความมั่นใจ  และพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 48 ได้รับการเลื่อนตำแหน่งหลังสำเร็จการอบรม  โดย
ผู้บังคับบัญชาแสดงความคิดเห็นว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการพัฒนาในการทำงานดีขึ้น


Title :  A follow up of the Graduated International Nurses from the Short Training Course in

Abstract

		This follow up of the graduated international nurses from the short training course in Community Health Nursing and Primary Health Care was aimed  to study the opinion concerning the training course among the trainees and their head's officers. The subject were the trainees and their head's officers during 1985-1990 altogether were 5 groups, 81 person. Data were collected by self-
Administed questionnaire and analysed by content analysis and descriptive statistics. 
		The results revealed that 30 percent of the trainees was responded the questionnaire. They satisfied with the training. They felt that the contents were suitable and well arrangement but 12 weeks was not enough when compared with the contents, so they suggested that the duration of the course should extended to be 6 months to 1 year and should be diploma or master degree course.
		The process of the training; they have lectures, discussion, case study, presentation, field study and practice in community. The course divided into 6 weeks in theory and 6 weeks in practicing. All the study sample satisfied with the process of training. They had a suggestion to provide handout in advance to help the participants prepare themselves before going to the class because some of the participants had problem in using English.
		The effectiveness after training, the study sample had a chance to apply the gained knowledge to their work, they shared their experiences with their colleague and some can developed health care programs with confident. Forty eight percent of the study sample got promotion after finished the training and their head's officers felt that they were increased the capacity in their work as well.
