ชื่อเรื่อง : การพัฒนาสุขภาพอย่างมีส่วนร่วมของผู้สูงอายุบ้านข่วงสิงห์ หมู่ 3 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ชื่อผู้วิจัย : รองศาสตราจารย์กรรณิการ์ พงษ์สนิท อาจารย์ประพิมพ์ พุทธิรักษ์กุล อาจารย์ดรุณี ทายะติ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ชูศรี วงษ์เครือวัลย์ อาจารย์ดวงฤดี ลาศุขะ บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นที่จะส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้ในการป้องกันการเกิดโรค สามารถปฏิบัติตนเอพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรค และมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุอย่างต่อเนื่อง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในหมู่บ้านข่วงสิงห์ หมู่ 3 อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 32 ราย โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ สนทนากลุ่ม สังเกต สังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ตรวจร่างกายและซักถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุเกินครึ่งเป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 56.25 มีสถานภาพสมรสคู่ ร้อยละ 65.63 ยังประกอบอาชีพร้อยละ 56.25 ทุกคนมีเชื้อชาติไทยและนับถือศาสนาพุทธ มีการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาร้อยละ 31.25 มีรายได้เฉลี่ยมากกว่า 2,000 บาท ต่อเดือนร้อยละ 65.63 และมีรายได้พอเพียงร้อยละ 44.83 ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มีความเห็นว่าวัยสูงอายุเป็นวัยของความเจ็บป่วย มีปัญหาทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และอารมณ์ มีสังคมน้อยลง การมีสุขภาพดีควรเน้นเรื่องอาหาร การออกกำลังกาย การพักผ่อนและการงดสิ่งเสพติด เมื่อเจ็บป่วยควรมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคของตน ผู้สูงอายุร้อยละ 75 มีโรคประจำตัว โรคที่เป็นมากที่สุดคือ โรคความดันโลหิตสูงร้อยละ 53.33 เมื่อเกิดการเจ็บป่วยผู้สูงอายุจะไปรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลของรัฐร้อยละ 62.50 รักษาโดยแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน 90.62 ผู้สูงอายุไปตรวจสอบสุขภาพประจำปีร้อยละ 68.75 ผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยได้รับการเยี่ยมบ้าน 6 ครั้ง เพียงร้อยละ 42.86 จากการประเมินความรู้พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความรู้เรื่องโรคที่ตนเจ็บป่วยระหว่างร้อยละ 60-90 ผู้สูงอายุได้รับการดูแลจากแกนนำโดยการให้คำแนะนำและ วัดความดันโลหิต แต่ไม่ต่อเนื่อง เพราะอุปกรณ์วัดความดันโลหิตมีไม่เพียงพอ แกนนำได้รับความเชื่อถือน้อยและไม่มีเวลา นอกจากนี้แกนนำขาดการนิเทศ งานจากเจ้าหน้าที่สถานีอนามัยบ และไม่ได้บันทึกผลการเยี่ยมผู้สูงอายุ ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าควรได้มีการพัฒนาแกนนำโดยการให้ความรู้ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยอย่างเหมาะสมและต่อเนื่อง อุปกรณ์การประเมินสุขภาพควรมีพอเียง มีการติดตามนิเทศเป็นระยะ ๆ การให้ขวัญกำลังใจ และการยอมรับการปฏิบัติงานของแกนนำ จะทำให้แกนนำมีส่วนร่วมในการทำงานเพื่อชุมชนอย่างมีความสุข Title : Participatory Health Development of Elderly Ban Khuangsingh Mou 3 Muang District Chiang Mai Province. Researcher : Associate Professor Kannikar Pongsanit Miss Prapim Busshirakkul Mrs. Darunee Tayati Assistant Chusri Wongkruawan Mrs.Duangrudee Lasuka Office of Research : Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University Research's E-mail : Abstract This operational research aimed to increase knowledge in prevention the disease for the elderly, to enable them to take a good care of health as to prevent the disease, and to encourage them to constantly participate in the Elderly club's health promotion activities. The study group were 32 people over 60 years old who lived in Khuang-singh village, Mou 3, Muang district, Chiang Mai Province. The selection was made by means of purposive sampling and the data were collected by interview, group discussion, observation, participatory observation, physical examination and question answer. Data were analysed by using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The study showed that 56.25% of the elderly were female. 65.63% were of married status 56.25% eamed their own living. 32.25% passed primary school (grade 4). 65.63% had income per month over 2,000 Baht. 44.83% got sufficient income. All of them were Thai race and Buddhist. Most of the elderly agreed that old age is the age of suffering, illness, and to confronted with physical, mental, emotional problems and the decrease of social interaction. They also thought that being healthy should mainly depend on food taking, exercise, relaxation, and abstaining form intoxicants. When they were ill, they should be informed with the cause and condition of their illness, 75% of the study group had chronic illness, the most illness found (41.67%) was hypertension. The elderly had no right knowledge about health care. However, 53.33% correctly practice when they were ill. When they got sick, 62.5% went to the government hospital for medication. 90.62% were treated by medical doctors. 68.75% go annual physical examination. 42.86% of the sick elderly received 6 times of home visit. 60 to 90% of the elderly had basic knowledge about various general diseases. They were also visited, advised, and checked up the blood pressure by the informal leaders but irregularly because the informal leaders were less accepted by the elderly, the blood pressure instruments were not sufficient, and the informal leaders themselves had no enough time. Besides, the informal leaders were not occasionally supervised by the health personal and they did not do the report of home visit. The results of the study indicate that the informal leaders should be trained continuously in order to improve and increase their right knowledge of health care. The medical instruments should be sufficiently provided. In addition, reinforcement and confidence in the informal leaders should be improved systematically in order to encourage the participation of the informal leaders in working for well-being of the community.
