บทคัดย่อ

	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ ในด้านภาวะแวดล้อมทั่ว ๆ ไป หรือด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิตของหลักสูตร ตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และอาจารย์ผู้สอนสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ จำนวน 20 ราย  นักศึกษามหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ จำนวน 28 ราย มหาบัณฑิต จำนวน 53 ราย และผู้บังคับบัญชาของมหาบัณฑิต จำนวน 43 ราย ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม 2543 ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม 2544  ทำการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามการประเมินด้านภาวะแวดล้อมทั่ว ๆ ไป หรือด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น ด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิต  ผู้วิจัยนำแบบสอบถามไปความตรงด้านเนื้อหา โดยให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
	ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
	1.	ด้านภาวะแวดล้อมทั่ว ๆ ไป พบว่า ปรัชญาและวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรข้อที่ 1-4 มีความสอดคล้องกันในระดับมาก ส่วนข้อที่ 5 มีความสอดคล้องกันในระดับปานกลาง และวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรทุกข้อมีความชัดเจน และสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ วัตถุประสงค์รายวิชาของทุกกระบวนวิชาบังคับในสาขาเฉพาะมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรทุกข้อ
	2.	ด้านปัจจัยเบื้องต้น พบว่า ทั้งนักศึกษามหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ  และมหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา มีความคิดเห็นว่า โครงสร้างหลักสูตร การบริหารและการจัดการหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับการจัดแผนการศึกษา กระบวนวิชาเรียนในโครงสร้างหลักสูตร แหล่งวิทยาการต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้า ความพร้อมของบุคลากรในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการศึกษา คุณภาพการสอนของอาจารย์ผู้สอนมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก ส่วนอาคารสถานที่มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สำหรับคุณสมบัติของ    นักศึกษาที่รับเข้าศึกษาในหลักสูตร ควรมีการกำหนดเกรดเฉลี่ยในระดับปริญญาตรีไม่น้อยกว่า 2.5  มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี  ส่วนอายุไม่ควรจำกัดอายุ
	3.	ด้านกระบวนการ พบว่า ทั้งนักศึกษามหาบัณฑิตสาขาวิชาการพยาบาลด้านการควบคุมการติดเชื้อ  และมหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่า วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอน การวัดและประเมินผล และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาทั่วไป มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก  สำหรับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษา เห็นว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก
	4.	ด้านผลผลิต พบว่า มหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร และการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก  ส่วนผู้บังคับบัญชามีความพึงพอใจต่อคุณภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ของมหาบัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก
 































Abstract

	The objective of this research was to evaluate the curriculum of master degree in infection control nursing in the aspects of context, input, process and product. The subjects, selected through purposive sampling consisted of 20 experts and lecturers in the division of infection control nursing, 28 master student nurses, 53  graduate students and 43 head of agencies of graduate students during December 2000 - July 2001.  The research instruments was questionnaire composted of 4 parts namely context, input, process and product. The research instrument was a questionnaire form, composed of 4 parts namely context evaluation of questionnaire, input evaluation of questionnaire, process evaluation of questionnaire and product evaluation of questionnaire. Content validity of the questionnaire was assessed by experts.  The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
	The result of the study revealed that :
	1.	The context evaluation was found that the philosophy was congruent with the first to the fourth objectives of  the curriculum in nearly high satisfactory level and was congruent with fifth objective of the curriculum in moderate level. All of objectives of the curriculum were distinct and practical.  The objectives of every courses in speciality area were congruent with the all of objectives of  the curriculum.
	2.	The master student nurses and graduate students had the opinion in the input evaluation that curriculum structure, administration and management of curriculum and study plan, courses in curriculum structure, resources, competencies of personnel  in the area of educational services, quality in teaching of lecturers were appropriate in nearly high satisfactary level. Building and facilites were appropriate in moderate level. Qualification of master student nurses who entered this curriculum should have grade point  average in bachelor degree at least 2.5 points, experience in working at least 2 years, no limit age.
	3.	The master student nurses and graduate students had the opinion in the process evaluation that teaching and learning methods, measurement and evaluation of the courses including the performance of academic advisors were appropriate in nearly high satisfactory  level. Thesis advisors had appropriate performance in nearly high satisfactory level.
	4.	Graduate students satisfied in the curriculum of infection control nursing in nearly high satisfactory level. The head of agencies of graduate students satisfied  in the quality practice of graduate students in nearly high satisfactory level.
