The Factors Influencing with Asthmatic Symptom  Children Pre-primary School

           Background: The asthmatic children was a chronic respiratory more number cases in hospital. The cause
           of chronic had inflammated to bronchial tubes along with bronchial hypersensitivity to stimulants that is
           cause asthmatic attack happened such as allergic household, including air pollution, viral infections of
           bacteria and fungi.


           Objective: to study the factors influencing with asthmatic children to provide parents asthmatic
           knowledge about controlling and preventing recurrence in their child care.


           Methods: This study were mixed methods between a cross-sectional with quasi- experimental design. The
           sample were caregivers 32 samples in reponse ares of health care center. The sampling had selected child
           s’ patients used to received services at least 4 times during 6 month ago in Wangwiset hospital. The tools
           had 3 parts of questionnaire divided into human factors, therapeutic factors and environmental factors,
           The data analysis was distributed in percentages and the relation statistics test was analyzed chi-square
           and multiple logistic regression.


           Results: The resulting number of sensitivities cases showed complete asthma control 8 cases (25.00%),
           partially controlled 18 cases (56.25%) and uncontrolled 6 cases (18.75%). The factors related to the level
           of asthma control Statistically significant include: Having a history of asthma in the family (adjusted
           OR 2.2, 95%CI 1.2, 4.0), no bronchodilators (adjusted OR 0.3, 95% CI 0.1, 0.5), exposed to season change
           (adjusted OR 3.1, 95% CI 1.8, 5.3) and exposed to smoke (adjusted OR 2.1, 95% CI 1.2, 3.8). The overall of
           caregivers’ knowledge scores were moderate level before (16.7 ± 2.46 ) and after training (20.23 ± 1.26 ),
           the highest knowledge percentage score about asthma attacks to 80.03% and at least 56.7 percent%


           Conclusion: The environment factor were the most attack factor influencing asthmaic children. Therefore,
           troubleshooting to prevention were adviced asthmatic knowledge and health environmental management
           control with their family home care.
