Background: Cleft lip and cleft palate are congenital anomalies that require comprehensive and
long-term treatment plans. Understanding the care and treatment processes is crucial for caregivers
to prevent complications that can affect the child’s growth and development.

in their first year of life involves a structured approach to educate caregivers about the condition,
           feeding techniques, and nutritional supplements.

mind map 4) Prototype: Develop programs of the theory of Planned Behavior (Icek Ajzen, 1985) then
searching for empirical evidence base from database One search, ProQuest, PubMed, Scopus, and
CINAIHL all information has been taken on Rayyan AI To eliminate articles that are confusing and used
to analyze articles through JBI appraisal tools.

Results: 1) Caregiver has Knowledge and understanding about infant care and treatment 2)
The infant did not have health complications
