Background: Stroke is the leading cause of death and disability in China, and the influence of traditional
culture has led most patients with post-stroke disability to choose home care. This situation makes it
difficult to ensure the quality of long-term care, and there are limited quantitative studies on long-term
care satisfaction of stroke patients with disabilities, making it difficult to understand the situation of
long-term care satisfaction of stroke patients with disabilities and its influencing factors.

Objective: The aim of this study was to quantitatively assess the current status of long-term care
satisfaction among stroke-disabled patients in China and to identify the factors influencing it.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 360 patients with disabilities due to stroke
in hospitals across China, aiming to assess their current satisfaction levels with long-term care and
           the possible influencing factors.

Results: The study found that the overall satisfaction score for long-term care among the stroke-disabled
patients was 122.99±8.21. Satisfaction scores across different dimensions ranked from highest to lowest were: care
services 3.90±0.35, care environment 3.87±0.35, caregivers 3.84±0.39, and social support 3.59±0.42. The factors
that significantly influenced long-term care satisfaction among stroke-disabled patients were the level of social
support, the level of charges, and the medical insurance reimbursement ratio (R2=0.347, P=0.000).

Conclusion: Stroke-disabled patients generally expressed satisfaction with the current state of long-term
care. They showed the highest levels of satisfaction with nursing services, including daily living care and
medical rehabilitation care, but lower levels of satisfaction with the care environment and social support.
                                                                                                                      Poster Presentation Abstracts
The level of social support, charging level, and the ratio of medical insurance reimbursement significantly
and positively affected the satisfaction levels of long-term care among stroke-disabled patients.
