It is with immense pleasure that I, in my capacity as Dean of the College
of Nursing at Taipei Medical University, extend the warmest of welcomes to
each of you attending the GLOBAL HEALTH RECALIBRATION conference. This

pivotal event, organized by Chiang Mai University Faculty of Nursing marks
a significant milestone in our collective pursuit of enhancing global health
outcomes, education, clinical practice, and research.

As we convene in the spirit of collaboration and innovation from the 4th to
the 6th of September 2024, we are reminded of the shared vision that binds
us: to recalibrate and strengthen the pillars of health care that support the
