Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Honored Hosts from the Chiang Mai
University,
Warm greetings from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing in Baltimore,
Maryland, USA. It is a pleasure to join in welcoming you to the 2024 Global
Health Recalibration International Conference. The mission of the Johns
Hopkins School of Nursing is to improve the health of individuals and
diverse communities locally and globally through leadership and
excellence in nursing education, research, practice, and service. This
gathering is consistent with our values and a testament to the power of
international collaboration, bringing together diverse perspectives and
minds to advance nursing and health around the globe.
Thailand’s rich heritage combined with the academic excellence of the
Faculty of Nursing at Chiang Mai University and the diverse student body
provide an excellent platform for this conference. It offers an avenue for
rigorous intellectual engagement and building of connections that cross
borders and healthcare topics.
I look forward to an enriching agenda filled with innovative ideas and
viewpoints. It is indeed a privilege to be able to join together and
collectively harness this opportunity to broaden our horizons and devise
solutions to shape a more effective and equitable healthcare landscape
of the future.
