Background: The postpartum period typically spans from the delivery of the infant and placenta up
to six weeks after childbirth. Mental health literacy comprises of awareness, understanding, access to
care, and problem-solving skills for mental health issues.

Objective: To evaluate the mental health literacy scores of postpartum women both prior to and
           subsequent to utilizing online media.

To compare the depression assessment scores of these women before and after utilizing online
           resources.

Methods: The research design is quasi-experimental, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design.

Results: The study revealed a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level in mothers’ postnatal
           mental health knowledge mean scores before (X̄ ̅̅ = 9.33, SD = 1.87) and after (X̄ ̅̅ = 12.58, SD = 1.98) utilizing
online media. However, there was no statistically significant difference in beliefs about mental health and
           mental disorders before (X̄ ̅̅ = 3.20, SD = 0.23) and after (X̄ ̅̅ = 3.22, SD = 0.21) utilizing online media. Additionally,
concerning the ability to recognize, prevent, and manage mental health problems, there was a statistically
           significant difference before (X̄ ̅̅ = 3.03, SD = 0.39) and after (X̄ ̅̅ = 3.16, SD = 0.38) utilizing online media at the
0.05 level. It is important to note that there was no statistically significant difference in postnatal depression
           before (X̄ ̅̅ = 2.61, SD = 2.67) and after (X̄ ̅̅ = 2.58, SD = 2.71) using online media.

Conclusion: This ensure that illiterate mothers can grasp the content, generating audio recordings
for mothers to listen to, given that some may possess insufficient literacy skills to read or comprehend
           written information.
