           Abstract:
In an era of unprecedented global interconnectedness, the imperative for integrating global learning
into healthcare education is more critical than ever. This talk, “Global Learning for Strengthening Health
Outcomes,” will delve into the transformative potential of international educational experiences for
nursing professionals and the broader healthcare systems they influence. By harnessing the power of
global learning, we can equip nurses with the cultural competence, innovative problem-solving
abilities, and leadership skills necessary to address complex health challenges and drive
           improvements in patient care worldwide.

The session will feature a comprehensive exploration of the key elements of global health education,
including immersive international experiences, strategic partnerships with global health organizations,
and the infusion of global health perspectives into nursing curricula. Through a blend of case studies,
empirical data, and personal narratives, the presentation will illuminate how these components
collectively enhance clinical skills, promote health equity, and foster resilience within healthcare
           systems.

Attendees will be provided with actionable insights into the mechanisms through which global
learning can be leveraged to overcome health inequities and improve health outcomes. The
discussion will emphasize the critical role of cross-cultural collaboration and the sharing of best
practices in fostering a more equitable and effective global health landscape.

The session aims to catalyze a collective commitment to lifelong learning and global engagement,
ultimately contributing to the recalibration of global health strategies and the achievement of optimal
health outcomes for diverse populations around the world.
